24-Hour Fault Control Service
Protected by maintenance contracts, our customers are guaranteed response times for both minor and major faults. In addition, round-the-clock Help Desk operations ensure that all fault enquiries are received and dealt with promptly. At the Fault Control Centre, its remote diagnostic capabilities allow our engineers to dial into customers’ systems to diagnose faults and make software changes, without the need to be physically on-site. Time can be saved for our customers by identifying faults in advance and providing back-up services before arriving on-site. The ‘Emergency Escalation Procedure’ also provides additional support from our technology partners.
