Our customer is one of the largest and oldest private banks in Indonesia
The Bank's principal activities are providing banking services.
The Bank offers demand deposits, savings deposits, time deposits, bancassurance and loans. Other services include credit card, sms banking, automatic transfers, on-line transfers, foreign exchange transactions, bank guarantees, safe deposit box and trade finance.
As at 31-Dec-2007 the Bank has a total of 281 branch and sub branch offices, and 34 cash offices across Indonesia. The Bank carried out various development and enhancement to reach National Bank status in accordance with Indonesian Banking Architecture to become "Top-5 Commercial Bank" in Indonesia.

In 2008, the Bank appointed PT. Teledata Indonesia to implement eCOP's security management solution against security violations:

- Vulnerability Assessment provides a holistic view of the Bank's network security, it helps the IT managers to intelligently apply patches, and allocate security resources when and where they are needed most. e-Cop' s assessment adheres to industrial-recognised standards such as the Open-Source Security Testing Methodology (OSSTM). Our approaches and the suite of tools utilised, constantly undergo improvement in our Global Resource Centre Penetration Test laboratory.
