PT. Teledata Indonesia kicked-off its 2010 Sales Rally and Company Meeting on Jan 29 at the Lido Lakes Resort. The event was the Company's 4th annual employee get-together which first started in 2007. The theme for this year's event was "Teledata Indonesia - Perusahaan Ku" or Teledata Indonesia - my Company.

A total of 42 employees boarded the coach on Jan 29 morning for the two-hour trip to the Resort located at Bogor. The contingent arrived just before noon time and gathered for a group picture to commemorate the event.

The beautiful mountain landscape and picturesque lake views were the perfect settings for the Sales Rally. Our Country Manager Bapak Keith Seow kicked-off the event at 1:30 pm with a welcome address. He was then followed by the managers who presented on how they can make Teledata Indonesia successful in 2010. Bapak Irfan Hidayah was presented with the Top Salesperson Award for 2009 and we wished him continued success in 2010.

The Sales Rally ended at 6:00 pm with a wrap-up by Bapak Keith Seow. Many employees came away from the Sales Rally with very high spirits and were positively upbeat to face the challenges in 2010. Some even commented that they would not want to work for any company other than Teledata.

The day ended with a grand finale at 8:30 pm - Coal Walking.

A two-meter long burning coal pit with a temperature of 300 degrees Celsius was laid out on the car park and several of our employees were on stand-by with water buckets and first-aid kits. None of the employees had ever walked on coal and their emotions were mixed with anxiety and excitement. Bapak Keith Seow was the first to walk across the pit in 5 steps. He was subsequently followed by 30 other employees who enjoyed the experience unscathed and in very high spirits!

If we can walk on coal, we can surely overcome all adversities! Teledata Indonesia - Perusahaan Ku!
