Singapore, 23 June 2010 - Marked the day of Avaya Contact Centre Tour in Singapore, Amara Hotel on
Tanjong Pagar Road.
The heavy rain didn't stop many from attending the seminar, in fact it delivered some really keen
participants to this seminar.
With over 100 participants attending this seminar, many came to our colourful booth where we
showcase the productive and effective Agent Map together with Voice Portal from Avaya.
Many were interested to find out more of the Agent Map, Teledata being the first in ASEAN to
install this system for one of our prestige customer, this system is very powerful in the arena of
Contact Centre environment.
It was a very eventful day for us and many of those who visited our booth, I hope they bring back
with them some ideas to adopt in their contact centre environment
