ACQUISITION OF WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Teleapps Communications (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“TCM”) for a total consideration of RM2.00 satisfied in cash, from Lai Peng Loong and Caleb Gau Poh Seng.

TCM has an issued and paid-up capital of RM.200 comprising of two ordinary shares, and was incorporated in Malaysia on 1 July 2011. The principal activities of TCM are the sourcing, distribution, system integration and maintenance of telecommunication and data communication products and systems.

The Directors are of the view that the above acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company in the current financial year.
