The Board of Directors of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms. Tan Swee Ling as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 20 September 2011.

With effect from the date of Ms. Tan’s appointment as an Independent Director of the Company, she has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr. Husni Heron has been re-designated as an Audit Committee member and Ms. Irene Valencia Goutama has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee. The Board wishes to record its appreciation to Ms. Irene Valencia Goutama for her past contributions to the Audit Committee.

Further, with effect from the date of Ms. Tan’s appointment as an Independent Director of the Company, she has also been appointed as a member of the Compensation Committee and Ms. Irene Valencia Goutama has been appointed as a member of the Nominating Committee.

As a result of the above changes, with effect from 20 September 2011, the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee comprise the following:-
