RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 april 2011, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM dated 14 April 2011 were put to the meeting and duty passed.

RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Ms Irene Valencia Goutama, who was subject to re-election, was re-elected at the AGM and remains the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr Husni Heron, an Independent Director, who was subject to re-election, was re-elected at the AGM and remains the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee, and is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual.

RETIREMENT OF DIRECTORS

The board also wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Nicholas Jeyaraj s/o Narayanan and Mr Lim Jit Siew. Mr Nicholas Jeyaraj s/o Narayanan, the Independent Director of the Company, retired by rotation pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Articles of Association of the Company, did not seek for re-election. Accordingly, Mr Nicholas Jeyaraj s/o Narayanan ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the AGM and also relinquished his appointments as the Chairman of the Compensation committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

Mr Lim Jit Siew, the Executive Director of the Company, retired by rotation pursuant to Article 104 of the Articles of Association of the Company, did not seek for re-election, and ceased to be the Executive Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the AGM.

The Board would like to thank Mr Nicholas Narayanan and Mr Lim Jit Siew for their valuable contributions to the Company during their terms of office as the Independent Director and Executive Director of the Company.

The detailed template announcement relating to the retirement of Mr Nicholas Narayanan and Mr Lim Jit Siew pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
