2. RE-COMPOSITION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the following changes:

1. The re-designation of Ms Irene Valencia Goutama from the position of Non-Executive Director to Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 17 September 2010;
2. The appointment of Mr Husni Heron as Chairman of the Audit member, member of Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee of the Company with effect from 17 September 2010.
3. The appointment of Mr Lim Soon Hock as Chairman of the Nominating Committee, member of Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Company with effect from 17 September 2010.
4. Mr Nicholas Jeyaraj s/o Narayanan will relinquish his position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and remains as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee with effect from 17 September 2010.

Following the abovementioned changes, the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board Committees shall be as follows: -
