RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Rayson Nobin Kumar Hazra as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 16 August 2010. At the request of the Board, Mr Rayson Nobin Kumar Hazra agreed to extend his last day with the Company, which was to have been 31st July 2010, to assist in the preparation and review of the half year results which was released on 14 August 2010.

The details of Mr Rayson Nobin Kumar Hazra’s resignation as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST will be furnished in a separate announcement.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Rayson Nobin Kumar Hazra for his invaluable services and contributions during his tenure as an Executive Director of the Company.

Following the above resignation, the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors shall be as follows:
