Accounts Officer
  • Manage simple full sets of accounts
  • Proficient in all tasks pertaining to AR and AP processing routines
  • Generate AR/AP reports - aging report and statements of accounts
  • AR/AP reconciliation
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in processing
  • Collection follow-up with customers
  • Knowledgeable of documentary credit processing - eg. LCs, TRs
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested
  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy
  • Proficient in MS Office / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Navision
  • At least 2 years(s) of working experience handling partial or full sets Accounts

Account Manager (Wireless/Data Networking)
  • Manage all sales and accounts activities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling data and wireless networking solutions and applications
  • Familiar with data and wireless network design
  • Demonstrate track record of achieving and sustaining ambitious growth targets
  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business / Computer Science / Engineering and be technically competent and savvy
Account Manager (Voice Applications)
  • Manage all sales and accounts activities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in voice applications like IVR/CTI /CRM applications
  • Familiar with voice and contact center platform and applications
  • Demonstrate track record of achieving and sustaining ambitious growth target
  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business / Computer Science / Engineering and be technically competent and savvy
Project Engineer (Project/Field)
  • Manage and deliver projects as part of project team
  • Provide installation expertise for demos
  • Perform staging and acceptance tests on equipment
  • Installation of equipment on customer site
  • Provision of training to customer on installed systems
  • Ensure on time delivery
  • Ensure quality of service
  • Manage customer satisfaction
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Info-Communication Technology would be an added advantage
  • some years of working experience in designing and implementing PABX / IP-telephony system Avaya / CISCO / Alcatel systems, Voice Logger, Contact Center Solutions preferred is preferred but not a requirement

Application Engineer
  • Execute service request and allocated trouble ticket by Contact Centre (remotely or on-site)
  • Perform accordingly to ensure customers SLA are met at all times
  • Ensure vendor management is conducted in a manner that will ensure SLA to customers are met at all times
  • Work towards achieving the Key Performance Indicator set by the manager
  • Administer promptly as according to the escalation procedures to next immediate level of escalation (Senior Customer Service Engineer)
  • Ensure that all faults, service request and customer follow-up are accurately and promptly
  • Carry out schedule routine preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimum system performance
  • Participate various delivery improvements meeting request by customers and internal team members
  • Administer process and procedures set by the company to ensure the highest level of system and Customer Care
  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Avaya IVR implementation experience
  • Avaya Computer Telephony Integration experience
  • Familiar and have gone through at least 1 SDLC
  • Experience in pre-sales support
  • Sound knowledge of telephony application such as IVR, CTI, IPTel application, etc
  • Programming knowledge in Visual Basic, .Net, XML, WML
  • Database administration in Ms SQL and Oracle
  • Experience in Windows OS and Sun Solaris
  • May required as and when to work after office hours, Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday
Human Resource Executive Is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions (HRM) including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR policies and processes, training and development and employee relations across several countries. Also includes is the responsibility for handling general administrative duties and generate reports.
  • Manage staff recruitment and selection process to support Company’s Business Plan
  • Administer documentation pertaining to Human Resource issue eg. Letter of Employment, Staff Transfer, Salary Adjustment, Update Staff Training Record, Leave Updates, Medical or Dental Updates, etc.
  • Process staff claims pertaining to medical, training, insurance, etc
  • Maintain proper records of employees' data, update annual leave, job descriptions, floor plan, organization chart, office key list, etc
  • Benefits & Compensation include EasyPay payroll, CPF, taxation issue, etc
  • Training & Development includes sourcing, coordination, administration and implementation
  • Handle application/renewal/collection/cancellation of employment pass
  • Review and improve internal procedures on an on-going process, as well as participate in ad-hoc HR projects
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics
  • Assist in day-to-day HR functions
  • Perform secretarial duties to Management
  • General filing and ad-hoc duties pertain to office administration
  • Diploma or at least 3 years working experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Easypay software
  • Meticulous and well-organised
  • Creative and cheerful personality
  • Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English
  • HR Experience preferred
