Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage all activities related to sales
  2. Lead prospecting / selling activities
  3. Develop account plans
  4. Maintain relationships with existing accounts
  5. Sell / renew maintenances contracts
  6. Establish good working relationships with supplier’ counterparts
  7. Define the approaches / directions in tenders
  8. Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the organization in terms of operations
  9. Ensure individual SLA are set and met
  10. Provide weekly pipeline update
  11. Ensure all internal admin procedures are up to date and compliance

Qualifications & Experience (Knowledge)

  1. Knowledge working in the voice, data communication and convergence market arena in Singapore, preferably in the IT industry
  2. Possess a Degree in Marketing or Business or its equivalent and be technically competent / savvy
  3. Have a proven, successful and sustained track record preferably in similar position
  4. Demonstrate track record of achieving and sustaining ambitious growth targets (based on numbers and performance) similarly
  5. Be customer focus so as to develop and grow relationship with key clientele
  6. Possesses good contacts

Skills Requirements

  1. Possess a clear, analytical mind and be objective and results oriented and have the ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Personal Requirements (Abilities)

  1. Possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to build relationships with his/her team and interact with various levels of the organizations
  2. He should be a self-starter and motivator and be able to work independently


Pre-Sales Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage all activities related to Presales by supporting requirements and pre-sales technical discussion
  2. Provide presales consultancy to sale and customers by
    - Conduct analysis and understanding of customer business needs to produce Architectural & Design recommendation
    - Understand customer business and articulate business value of architect solutions to customer Involve in Tender / RFQ / RFP processing, proposal and presentation
  3. Involve in the development of pre-sales documents
  4. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspect of operational management (utilization, tenders and project management)
  5. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
  6. Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the organization in terms of presales activities
  7. Conduct handover to project management upon award of sales

Qualifications & Experience (Knowledge)

  1. Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Info-Communication Technology, majoring Communications
  2. 1-5 years working experience in designing and implementing PABX / IP Telephony systems

Skills Requirements

  1. Theoretical and hands-on experience in Avaya Communication Manager products, contact center applications and NICE Logger
  2. Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills are a pre-requisite

Personal Requirements

  1. Ability to work well under pressure and set individual priorities based on performance objectives
  2. Exhibits a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good time management ability
  3. Excellent ability to work in a team environment
  4. Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment, where change is a constant
