Account Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all activities related to sales
- Lead prospecting / selling activities
- Develop account plans
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Sell / renew maintenances contracts
- Establish good working relationships with supplier’ counterparts
- Define the approaches / directions in tenders
- Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the organization in terms of operations
- Ensure individual SLA are set and met
- Provide weekly pipeline update
- Ensure all internal admin procedures are up to date and compliance
Qualifications & Experience (Knowledge)
- Knowledge working in the voice, data communication and convergence market arena in Singapore, preferably in the IT industry
- Possess a Degree in Marketing or Business or its equivalent and be technically competent / savvy
- Have a proven, successful and sustained track record preferably in similar position
- Demonstrate track record of achieving and sustaining ambitious growth targets (based on numbers and performance) similarly
- Be customer focus so as to develop and grow relationship with key clientele
- Possesses good contacts
Skills Requirements
- Possess a clear, analytical mind and be objective and results oriented and have the ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Personal Requirements (Abilities)
- Possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to build relationships with his/her team and interact with various levels of the organizations
- He should be a self-starter and motivator and be able to work independently
Pre-Sales Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all activities related to Presales by supporting requirements and pre-sales technical discussion
- Provide presales consultancy to sale and customers by
- Conduct analysis and understanding of customer business needs to produce Architectural & Design recommendation
- Understand customer business and articulate business value of architect solutions to customer
Involve in Tender / RFQ / RFP processing, proposal and presentation
- Involve in the development of pre-sales documents
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspect of operational management (utilization, tenders and project management)
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the organization in terms of presales activities
- Conduct handover to project management upon award of sales
Qualifications & Experience (Knowledge)
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Info-Communication Technology, majoring Communications
- 1-5 years working experience in designing and implementing PABX / IP Telephony systems
Skills Requirements
- Theoretical and hands-on experience in Avaya Communication Manager products, contact center applications and NICE Logger
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills are a pre-requisite
Personal Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and set individual priorities based on performance objectives
- Exhibits a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good time management ability
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment, where change is a constant
