Singapore, 20 January 2010 - Teledata ready for acquisitions with a S$35 million credit line from GEM Global
The Group has signed a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") for an equity line of credit of S$35 million (the "Total Commitment") with GEM Global Yield Fund ("GEM Global") and GEM Investment Advisors, Inc. ("GEMIA"). Both are members of the Global Emerging Markets Group ("GEM"), a US$3.4 billion alternative investment group that manages a diverse set of investment vehicles internationally.

Singapore, 1 February 2010 - New Team at Teledata Takes First Steps to Turn Company Around
Three months into the job, Christopher Pan, CEO of Teledata (Singapore), and his new team are wasting no time putting into action their plans to turn the communications services company around. Teledata secured an equity line of credit of $35 million with private equity group Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Group, which manages US$3.4 billion ($4.8 billion) in investments. The company also plans to expand its product range in wireless network solutions and network security while breaking into new markets such as South Korea and Japan.
